What are the dates, times, and location for the upcoming dinner theater shows?

Our upcoming dinner theater shows for “The Thanksgiving Play” by Larissa FastHorse will be located at The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars (14300 NE 145th St Suite 100, Woodinville, WA 98072) They will run from October 18 to November 17, 2024. Performances are held on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm.  Doors open for dinner seating and bar service 2.5 hours before the show with dinner service beginning 2 hours before curtain. Please check our website for the specific schedule.

How do I purchase tickets for the dinner theater shows?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website www.woodinvillerep.org or in person at our box office right before the show based on availability. Dinner can only be guaranteed if purchased ahead of time. There are a few spaces left for last minute walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. 

Do you offer season tickets, and what are the benefits?

  • Yes, we offer season ticket packages that include all of our mainstage productions and enjoy the benefit of discounted pricing. You may also purchase dinner with the season tickets at a discounted price.

What is included in the dinner, and can I choose my meal options?

Yes, our dinner theater experience includes a multi-course gourmet meal prepared by The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars. Guests can choose from several options for each course:

  • Starter Course: Choose from 2-3 appetizer options.
  • Main Course: Select from 3-4 entrée options, including at least one vegetarian and one gluten-free option.
  • Dessert Course: Indulge in one of 2-3 dessert choices.

Tea and sparkling water are included. Additional beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are available for purchase separately and will be available during intermission also.

The price of dinner includes tax and gratuity.

You will receive an email a few days before the show asking for your selections. We strive to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. Please inform us of any specific needs when purchasing your tickets or at least 3 days before your scheduled performance.

Can I choose my seats when purchasing tickets?

You may choose your seating upon arrival at the theater. There is a section for patrons that have selected the dinner option. Please notify us if you are bringing a group of more than 10 and we will attempt to reserve seating for your party. 

Are there any discounts available on tickets?

We offer discounts for seniors, students, military personnel, and groups of 10 or more. Please contact our box office for more details on eligibility and how to apply for the discount. tix@woodinvillerep.org Discounts are also given when purchasing the season of shows.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All ticket sales are final. However, if you need to exchange your tickets for a different date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How early should I arrive before the show?

Doors open 2.5 hours before the show for dinner guests with dinner starting 2 hours before the performance. We recommend guests attending just the show arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for seating and to enjoy the ambiance before the show begins.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes, The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars offers vegetarian and gluten-free options and can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please inform us at tix@woodinvillerep.org of any dietary needs when purchasing your tickets or contact us at least 4 days before your scheduled performance.  

Is drink service available during the show?

Yes, a selection of fine wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Beverage service is available before the show and during intermission. Please note that outside beverages are not permitted.

Can I attend the show without purchasing the dinner option?

Yes, although our dinner theater experience is designed as a combined event to provide an immersive evening of dining and entertainment. Attendance without the dinner option is subject to availability and a limited number of tickets for both options.

Is there a difference in ticket pricing for attending with or without dinner included?

Yes, ticket pricing varies depending on whether you choose the dinner-inclusive package or opt for performance-only seating (if available). Please see the questions above for detailed pricing information.

Are tax and gratuity included in the price?

Yes, both tax and gratuity are included in the price when you purchase.

Is parking available at The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars?

Yes, there is ample free parking available on-site for guests attending the dinner theater shows. Be sure to arrive early to secure parking and a seat.

Is there a dress code for the dinner theater performances?

We welcome guests in any attire. However, we recommend that you dress for the type of evening that you wish to enjoy to enhance the overall experience.

Are children allowed at the dinner theater shows?

Our shows are generally suitable for audiences aged 10 and up. Please refer to specific show descriptions for any content advisories.
